The Port of Keyport is a small marina with 14 private slips, 250 feet of guest moorage in five 50-foot slips, and a boat launch ramp.

Guest Moorage:

Up to 3 hours, no charge. Overnight guest moorage is charged at a rate of $1.00 per foot, per night. Example) A 32ft boat would be $32.00 per night. Limit 3 days per month. Payments may be submitted at the Port payment box which is affixed on the outside of the port office located on the marina dock directly to the East of the boat launch.

Boat Launch:

Fee is $5.00 per use. Payments may be submitted at the Port payment box which is affixed on the outside of the port office located on the marina dock directly to the East of the boat launch.

Monthly Moorage:

The Port of Keyport does not allow live aboards at our marina. The current permanent rate per month is $5.50 per foot (longer of boat or slip length), plus $25.00 for marina utility services, and slip assigned electrical pedestal usage billed at PSE KW rate. 

11/2025 We have two slips available for rent. One 50ft slip and one space that will accommodate a 22ft vessel. Send us a message through the contact us page if you are interested. Again, we do not allow live aboards.

The Port of Keyport is a small marina with 14 private slips, 250 feet of guest moorage in five 50-foot slips, and a boat launch ramp. The marina is located in Kitsap County at the entrance to Liberty Bay, making it a perfect stopping spot for Puget Sound cruisers.

The entire marina was replaced in 2009 with new concrete pilings and slips. There is water and power at all slips. The launching ramp was replaced in 2020.

All businesses and the Naval Undersea Museum in Keyport are within easy walking distance from the Port. Businesses include a general store Keyport Mercantile Mini Stop, an auto repair shop, and a Post Office.

The Port of Keyport Commissioners holds an open meeting on the first Monday of each month at 6:00 PM at the office on the marina dock.
